Next Steps

You've signed up, completed onboarding, and created your first campaign. Here's what to do next.

Set Up Senders

Senders are the email identities that send your campaigns. Go to Senders in the sidebar:

  • Mailboxes — Connect Gmail, Outlook, Mission Inbox, or other providers
  • Social — Connect LinkedIn and Twitter/X accounts for multi-channel sequences
  • Sender Profiles — Group mailboxes and social accounts into a named persona, then assign the profile to campaigns

See Senders Overview for the full setup walkthrough, including the complete flow from connecting a mailbox through to assigning a sender profile to a campaign.

Add Contacts

Contacts receive your campaign emails. Go to All Contacts or add contacts from within a campaign:

  • CSV upload — Bulk import with optional email validation on upload
  • API — Add contacts programmatically via the SuperSend API
  • Single contact — Add one contact at a time via the "Add Contact" button

See Upload Contacts via CSV for the full import guide.

Build Your Sequence

Once a campaign is created, go to the Sequence tab to add your email steps, LinkedIn touchpoints, Twitter steps, and wait delays.

See Edit Sequence Steps for the full walkthrough, including all available step types and how to use personalization variables.

Use Super Inbox

Super Inbox is where replies from your campaigns land. Use it to:

  • View and reply to conversations across all your campaigns in one place
  • Set contact statuses (Interested, Not Interested, Meeting Booked)
  • Use labels and filters to organize your reply queue
  • Create Super Views for prioritized daily workflows

See Super Inbox Overview and Work Conversations in Super Inbox for more.

Warming and Deliverability

New senders benefit from Warming — a gradual ramp-up of send volume that builds reputation before you scale. Check the Warming page for status and health scores.

For testing inbox placement, use Placement Tests to verify your emails land in the inbox rather than spam before sending to your full list.

See Warming Overview and Placement Tests Overview for details.
