Why One LinkedIn and One Twitter Per Profile?

Sender profiles represent a single persona — the person recipients see when they get an email, LinkedIn request, or Twitter message. To keep that consistent, each profile bundles one LinkedIn and one Twitter with its mailboxes. Every touchpoint from a campaign assigned to that profile comes from that same identity.

The Correct Model

To use multiple LinkedIn or Twitter accounts, create separate sender profiles — one per account

How Signatures Work in SuperSend

Signatures are not automatically appended to every email. You must include the {{signature}} variable in the email body of each sequence step. SuperSend replaces that variable with the signature from the sender that delivers the email.

Step 1: Configure the Sender Signature

Go to Senders → open the sender (mailbox).
In Account or Settings, find the Signature field.
Enter your signature (HTML or plain text). Save.

The sender now has a signature stored. But it won't appear in emails until you add the variable.

Step 2: Add `{{signature}}` to the Sequence

Open your campaign → Sequence tab.
Edit each email step.
In the body of the email, add {{signature}} where you want it to appear — typically at the end, before any unsubscribe link.

Prerequisites

A Mission Inbox account with at least one domain configured
Your Mission Inbox API key (from Mission Inbox → Settings → Platform API)
Org admin permissions in SuperSend

Step 1: Get Your Mission Inbox API Key

The Three-Pane Layout

Super Inbox has three panels side by side:

Left — Sidebar Navigation and filtering. This is where you switch between email and LinkedIn, browse folders, apply sentiment filters, and manage labels and Super Views. Can be collapsed to icon-only mode.

Middle — Conversation List The list of conversations matching your current view. Supports search, filters, bulk actions, and conversation selection. Resizable.

Blacklist Levels

Each blacklist entry has a level that controls scope:

How Matching Works

LinkedIn

SuperSend matches contacts to LinkedIn via the linkedin_url field. When a LinkedIn step runs:

SuperSend reads contact.linkedin_url.
If present and valid, it uses that URL to perform the action (connection request, message, etc.).
If missing or invalid, the step cannot run for that contact.

Required: Contact must have linkedin_url populated. Map this column when importing your CSV (e.g., from a LinkedIn URL column).

Twitter

SuperSend matches contacts to Twitter via the twitter field (Twitter handle). When a Twitter step runs:

SuperSend reads contact.twitter.
If present, it uses that handle for the action (follow, DM, etc.).
If missing, the step cannot run for that contact.

Required: Contact must have twitter populated. Map this when importing.
