How to Get a SuperSend Account


SuperSend is sales-led. You cannot create an account from the login page.


  1. Book a demo with the SuperSend team.
  2. On the call, we scope your sending program, infrastructure needs, and pricing.
  3. If SuperSend is the right fit, we provision your organization and send login instructions (or a team invite link).


Self-serve signup is not available. If you try to register at app.supersend.io without an invite, you will be directed to log in or contact sales.


Team invites


If someone in your organization invites you, use the invite link they share. Invited users sign in with the email on the invite — they do not go through the public demo flow.

Log In


  1. Go to app.supersend.io or your organization's SuperSend URL.
  2. Enter your email and password, or click Continue with Google / Sign in with Microsoft.
  3. You'll land on Team Summary (or team selection if you have multiple teams).

Email verification


If you sign in with email and password and your account is not yet verified, you may be asked to verify your email:


  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from SuperSend.
  2. Enter the code on the verification page, or click the link in the email.
  3. You'll be redirected to continue.

Where You Land


  • First login (new org): After verification (if required), you'll see the onboarding wizard. Complete it and you'll land on the Senders page.
  • Returning users: You'll go directly to Team Summary for your current team.
