Introduction to Super Send
SuperSend is an email outreach platform that helps you run cold email campaigns at scale. It coordinates email sequences, reply handling, sender warming, and deliverability so you can focus on messaging and results.

SuperSend is built for high-volume senders (typically 300k+ emails per month) who need enterprise-grade infrastructure — SuperSend Relay or Mission Inbox Direct — not lightweight self-serve tooling.
Core Concepts
- Teams — Workspaces that contain campaigns, senders, and contacts. You may have multiple teams (e.g. by product or region).
- Campaigns — Automated email sequences. A campaign defines the steps (emails, delays, conditions) that contacts move through.
- Contacts — The people receiving your emails. You add contacts to campaigns via CSV upload or the API.
- Senders — The email identities (mailboxes or send-as addresses) that send your campaigns. You connect domains and mailboxes in SuperSend, then assign them to campaigns.
The Path to Your First Campaign
- Book a demo — SuperSend provisions your account after a sales call; there is no self-serve signup.
- Complete onboarding — Short wizard (channel, company info) on first login.
- Set up senders — Add at least one connected mailbox or send-as address so campaigns can send.
- Create a campaign — Choose a Simple or Complex sequence, add email steps, and save.
- Add contacts — Upload contacts to the campaign or add them via the API.
- Start sending — Launch the campaign. Replies flow into Super Inbox where you can manage them.
