Navigate the App


After logging in, you'll see the main app with a sidebar. All team-level features are accessed from here.

Item

What it does

Team Summary

Dashboard with campaign performance, activity, and quick stats

Campaigns

List of your campaigns; create new ones and manage existing

Super Inbox

Unified inbox for replies across campaigns; manage conversations

Senders

Connect mailboxes, manage domains, and set up sender profiles

Warming

Inbox warming status and sender health

Placement Tests

Test deliverability and placement (inbox vs spam)

All Contacts

View and manage contacts across campaigns

Performance

Capacity and performance metrics


Each item opens at a URL like /team/{teamId}/summary, /team/{teamId}/campaigns, etc. Your current team is shown in the team switcher.


Team Switcher


If you have access to multiple teams, use the team switcher at the top of the sidebar to change teams. All sidebar items (Campaigns, Senders, etc.) are scoped to the selected team.

Help


Expand Help in the sidebar to access:


  • Chat with Support — Open a support chat
  • Help Articles — Opens help.supersend.io for full documentation

Admin (Organization Admins)


Organization admins see additional items (Teams, Users, Roles, Blacklist, Branding, etc.) under Admin in the sidebar. These manage the organization rather than a single team.
