Billing and Plan FAQ

Purpose

Common questions about SuperSend pricing, plans, billing, and what happens if you cancel. Plain answers, no jargon.

Getting Started

How do I sign up for SuperSend?

SuperSend does not offer self-serve signup or a free trial. Book a demo with our team. On the call we scope your program and, if it's a fit, provision your organization with a custom enterprise plan.

Is there a free trial?

No. SuperSend is sales-led and enterprise-focused. Access starts after a demo and signed agreement — not via a self-serve trial period.

Plans and Pricing

What plans does SuperSend offer?

SuperSend offers custom enterprise plans tailored to your sending volume, infrastructure (SuperSend Relay, Mission Inbox Direct, or bring-your-own), and team size.

Legacy self-serve tiers such as Growth and Scale are no longer sold. Existing customers on older plans may still see their current plan in BillingPlan until they migrate.

How do I change my plan or limits?

Plan changes, upgrades, and custom limit adjustments are handled with the SuperSend team — not through self-serve tier selection in the app.

  1. Contact your SuperSend account contact, or book a demo if you need to revisit scope.
  2. Your org admin can review current usage in BillingPlan and Team Usage.
  3. After changes are agreed, SuperSend updates your subscription; the Plan tab reflects the new limits and pricing.

Some org admins can still adjust add-ons (extra senders, LinkedIn seats, etc.) in BillingPlan if those are enabled on their contract. Core plan changes require SuperSend.

Can I cancel and reactivate?

Yes. Org admins: BillingPlanManage PlanCancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, a Reactivate button appears if you change your mind.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for a period after cancellation. After that, it may be deleted per SuperSend's data retention policy. Export contacts and any data you need before cancelling if you're not sure you'll return.

Billing and Payment

Where do I add or update my payment method?

BillingPayment Methods. Add a card, update an existing one, or remove an old card. If your subscription is incomplete (payment not collected), that tab shows the payment setup form.

When am I charged?

For subscriptions: on your billing date (monthly or annual, depending on your contract). For one-off purchases (domains, mailboxes, add-ons): at checkout. Invoices are in BillingInvoices.

I don't see Billing in the menu

Billing requires org admin permissions. If you don't see it, ask your organization's admin to handle billing or grant you access.

Expected Result

You understand that SuperSend is sales-led with custom enterprise plans, where to book a demo, how billing works in the app, and how to change or cancel your subscription.
