Purpose

Your billing history is split into two categories: recurring subscription invoices and one-time purchases (domains, mailboxes, add-ons). This article explains where to find each.

Invoices

Go to BillingInvoices tab.

This tab shows all Stripe invoices from your subscription. Each invoice row shows:

  • Billing date
  • Amount charged
  • Status (Paid, Pending, Failed)
  • A download link for the invoice PDF

Invoices are generated on each billing cycle — monthly if you're on a monthly plan, annually if on annual. One-time purchases (like domain purchases) may appear as separate line items on invoices or as separate invoices depending on how they're charged.

To download an invoice: Click the download link on the relevant row. The PDF includes itemized charges, your organization's billing address, and Stripe's payment confirmation.

If you need invoices for accounting purposes, your finance team can access these directly, or you can configure Stripe to email invoices to a billing contact address (contact SuperSend support to set this up).

Purchases

Go to BillingPurchases tab.

This tab shows one-time purchases made through SuperSend: domains, mailboxes, credits, and other add-ons. Each row shows:

  • Purchase type (e.g., "Domain Purchase," "Mailbox Purchase")
  • Date
  • Amount
  • Status

Purchases that are in progress (e.g., a domain being provisioned) show as "Pending." Once provisioned, they update to "Completed."

If you purchased domains or mailboxes and they haven't appeared in your account after 24–48 hours, check the Purchases tab for status, then contact support with the purchase details.

Expected Result

You can find and download any invoice or purchase record for accounting, expense reporting, or reconciliation purposes.

Troubleshooting

  • Issue: An expected invoice isn't showing.

Fix: Invoices only appear after successful charges. Check the Payment Methods tab for any payment failures. If a charge failed, the invoice may be in a "Failed" state or may not have been generated.

  • Issue: A domain purchase shows as Pending for longer than 48 hours.

Fix: Contact SuperSend support with the purchase date and domain details. Domain provisioning occasionally requires manual review.
