Complete Onboarding


When you sign up for the first time, SuperSend shows a short onboarding wizard. It asks a few questions to tailor your experience. You can always add or change things later.

Step 1: Choose Your Outreach Channel


Pick the channel you want to use for cold outreach:


  • Email & LinkedIn (Recommended) — Coordinate email and LinkedIn in one sequence.
  • Email only — Cold email sequences with smart scheduling and warming.
  • LinkedIn only — Automate profile views, connections, and messages.


You can add more channels anytime in the app.


Click Continue to proceed.

Step 2: Tell Us About Your Company


Enter:


  • Company name — e.g. "Acme Inc."
  • Company website — e.g. "acme.com" (https:// is added automatically)
  • Expected monthly email volume — Choose one:
  • Under 50k — Just getting started
  • 50k - 300k — Growing operations
  • 300k+ — High-volume sender


If you select 300k+, you'll see a note about SuperSend Relay (dedicated infrastructure with managed IPs). We'll reach out after setup if that applies.

Finish


Click Get Started. SuperSend saves your answers and takes you into the app.


Welcome checklist


You'll see a Welcome to SuperSend modal with a short checklist tailored to the channel you picked (for example, Connect LinkedIn first if you chose LinkedIn, or Add email senders first if you chose email only). Each row updates as you complete steps. Use Continue setup to move through the flow.


Setup progress bar


After you close the welcome modal, a compact Setup bar may appear at the top of the app until you've connected a sender (email and/or LinkedIn, depending on your channel), created a campaign, and launched an active campaign. Use Continue to reopen the checklist anytime.
