This guide explains how to manage email sending limits in Super Send campaigns by adjusting sender settings and ensuring your campaign operates within the desired capacity.
1. Access Your Campaign
- Navigate to the Campaigns section in Super Send.
- Select the campaign you want to manage.

2. Review Total Sending Capacity
When you open a campaign, you’ll see the Total Capacity displayed. This represents the combined daily sending limits of all senders assigned to the campaign.
Example:
Sender 1: Max daily emails = 25
Sender 2: Max daily emails = 5
Sender 3: Max daily emails = 25
Sender 4: Max daily emails = 5

3. Adjust Individual Sender Limits
- Identify the sender you want to modify.
- Click Edit next to the sender’s name.
- Adjust the sender’s maximum daily email limit as needed.
