Sequence Doesn't Stop Sending

In some cases, Super Send may fail to detect a reply, which can result in a sequence continuing to send messages. This issue is most commonly observed with LinkedIn messages. Here’s how to troubleshoot and resolve it:

Marking a Contact as Finished

Go to the Contacts Page.
Locate the contact for whom the sequence should stop.
Manually mark the contact as finished.

This ensures that no further messages are sent to the contact.

Troubleshooting LinkedIn Reply Detection

1. Check LinkedIn Credentials

LinkedIn reply detection may fail if your LinkedIn credentials have expired.
Open the Super Send Chrome Extension and verify your LinkedIn credentials:
Ensure there is a green checkmark next to your LinkedIn account.

2. Revalidate Credentials

If the green checkmark is missing:
Log in again through the Super Send Chrome Extension.
Ensure the credentials are active and validated.

3. Test the Connection

Navigate to the Senders Page.
Locate your LinkedIn credentials and click Test Connection.
If the connection test is successful, the LinkedIn messages should be processed correctly within the next hour.

Resolution Timeline

Once the LinkedIn credentials are validated and the connection is tested, Super Send will automatically mark LinkedIn replies and stop sending further messages to the contact.

By following these steps, you can ensure your sequences stop as expected when replies are received.
