Pipedrive Integration
Pipedrive Integration Guide
Super Send now integrates seamlessly with Pipedrive, allowing all activities to sync back into your Pipedrive account. Follow the steps below to set up the integration:
Step 1: Retrieve Your Pipedrive API Token
Log in to your Pipedrive account.
Navigate to your account settings.
Locate and copy your personal API token.
Step 2: Configure Integration in Super Send
Log in to your Super Send account.
Select the campaign you wish to integrate.
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Paste your Pipedrive API token into the designated field.
Step 3: Add Activity Types in Pipedrive
To ensure proper activity logging, add new activity types for 'LinkedIn' and 'Twitter' in Pipedrive:
In Pipedrive, navigate to your company settings.
Click on Add Activity Type.
Create activity types named 'LinkedIn' and 'Twitter'.
Choose appropriate icons for each activity type.
Note: If these activity types are not created, LinkedIn and Twitter activities will default to 'calls' in Pipedrive.
Integration Confirmation
Once configured, activities will appear in Pipedrive as shown below. If a contact does not exist in Pipedrive by email, a new person will be created. Super Send does not create new leads nor match on names alone.
