Contacts marked as unverified will not receive emails.
If you re-upload a list with updated information, Super Send will automatically update existing contacts and deduplicate the list.
Access the Contacts Page:
Navigate to the Contacts page in your Super Send account.
Click on Manage Contacts.
Options for Unverified Contacts:
Delete Unverified Contacts:
Use the delete option to permanently remove unverified contacts from your list.
Unverify All Failed Leads:
Click the button to unverify all leads that failed email validation.
Re-upload with Updated Information:
If you’ve gathered additional details about your Contacts, upload the updated list. Super Send will deduplicate and update the contact information automatically.
