Click Tracking in Super Send

Click Tracking in Super Send

Super Send offers click tracking to monitor the engagement of your email campaigns. Follow this guide to ensure your links are tracked properly.

Add Links Using the Editor:
Highlight the text where you want to insert the link.
Right-click and select the option to add a hyperlink.
Enter your desired link in the field provided.

Avoid Naked Links:
Naked links (e.g., https://google.com) are not automatically tracked.
Ensure links are embedded within text for proper tracking.

If you want to use a tracked link as a message variable, follow these steps:

Add HTML in Your Spreadsheet:
Include the HTML code for your link directly in the spreadsheet before uploading it to Super Send.

Example:
If the link is https://google.com, you would add the following HTML to your spreadsheet:

<a href="https://google.com">https://google.com</a>

Upload to Super Send:
When you upload your spreadsheet with this HTML, Super Send will automatically track the links.

Best Practices for Click Tracking

Embed Links Within Text:
Avoid using plain URLs in your emails.

Test Your Links:
Send a test email to ensure all links are functional and tracked properly.

Use Descriptive Text:
Instead of displaying a raw link, use descriptive anchor text (e.g., "Click here to learn more").

By embedding your links correctly and using HTML for variable-based links, you can ensure accurate click tracking in Super Send.
