Branding and Workspace Identity
Branding and Workspace Identity
Purpose
Replace the SuperSend logo with your own, set your organization name, and optionally configure a whitelabel domain so users see your brand instead of SuperSend's. This article walks through each setting.
Organization Name
- Go to Admin → Branding (or Organization Settings).
- Find Organization Name.
- Enter your organization name (e.g., "Acme Corp").
- Click Update Organization Name.
This name appears in the product and in places where the org is referenced.
Logo Setup
- In Logo Setup, drag and drop an image (JPEG, PNG, GIF) or click to browse.
- Upload. Progress shows as a percentage.
- Click Save Logo when done.
- The SuperSend logo is replaced with yours in the app header and other locations.
Replace Logo — If a logo already exists, upload a new file and save to replace it.
Delete — Click Delete to remove your logo. Confirmation: "Are you sure you want to delete your logo?" SuperSend branding returns.
Whitelabel Domain (Optional)
A whitelabel domain lets users access SuperSend at your own URL (e.g., app.yourcompany.com) instead of app.supersend.io.
- Find Whitelabel Setup.
- Enter your custom domain (e.g.,
app.yourcompany.com). Nohttps://. - Click Send Whitelabel Request.
- SuperSend reviews the request. Processing typically takes 24–32 hours.
Pending state — You'll see: "We are currently processing your request. Our team will provide a final answer within 24–32 hours. Thank you for your patience." The domain field is disabled.
Cancel — Click Cancel Request to withdraw. The domain is cleared and status returns to default.
Validation — Domain must be valid (e.g., example.com, mydomain.co). Error if invalid: "Please enter a valid domain (e.g., example.com, mydomain.co, site.ai)."
Expected Result
Your organization name and logo are set. If you requested a whitelabel domain, you'll receive a response within the stated timeframe. Your users see your brand in the product.
