Super Send supports the ability to use a custom tracking domain, enhancing your email deliverability and providing detailed metrics for your campaigns. Follow this guide to set up your custom tracking domain.

By using your own domain, you maintain your domain's reputation and avoid potential spam filters.
Gain Detailed Analytics:
Track metrics such as clicks and opens to assess your campaign’s performance.
Choose a Subdomain:
Select a subdomain for tracking purposes, such as email.yourwebsite.com or ss.yourwebsite.com.
Create a CNAME Record:
Access your DNS hosting provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap).
Add a new CNAME record with the following details:
Type: CNAME
Host: The chosen subdomain (e.g., email or ss).
Value: trail.supersend.io
Update Super Send Settings:
Log in to your Super Send account.
Navigate to the Settings page.
Enter your custom tracking domain in the designated field.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Allow for DNS Propagation:
DNS changes may take up to 5 minutes to propagate.
Once propagation is complete, a confirmation message stating "Domain Is Setup" will appear.
