Message Sending Speed and Delays in Super Send

Super Send includes built-in delays to ensure natural message sending, but the speed is designed to optimize efficiency while maintaining compliance. Here are the current settings:

Current Sending Speed Settings

Gap Between Messages:
Super Send introduces a maximum delay of 1 minute between each message sent to different prospects.

Mandatory Delay for the Same Prospect:
A 5-minute mandatory wait is applied between emails sent to the same prospect. This ensures spacing and avoids overwhelming recipients.

Why These Settings Exist

Efficiency:
Keeping the delay at 1 minute ensures campaigns are completed promptly without appearing unnatural.

Compliance and Deliverability:
The 5-minute gap between messages to the same prospect adheres to best practices for avoiding spam filters and maintaining high deliverability rates.

Customizing Sending Speed

Currently, Super Send does not support customizing delays beyond the existing settings. If you need additional flexibility, let us know through the feature request option or by contacting support.

By balancing speed and compliance, Super Send ensures your outreach remains both effective and deliverable.
