Managing User Permissions and Teams in Super Send
Managing User Permissions and Teams in Super Send
Super Send offers flexible user permissions and team management to help you control access and ensure effective collaboration. Here’s how permissions and team assignments work.
Super Send provides two main user permission levels:
Read-Only:
Users with this permission can view campaigns and data but cannot make changes or edits.
Admin:
Users with admin permissions have full access, including the ability to create and edit campaigns, manage settings, and add or remove users.
When adding users, you can assign them to specific teams to limit access and separate workflows.
Team-Based Access:
Users on a team will have access to all campaigns that belong to that team.
Assigning Teams:
Go to the Admin Page.
Assign users to the desired teams based on their role and responsibilities.
Example Setup:
A user assigned to the "Cold DM" team will only have access to campaigns under that team.
Use Read-Only for Monitoring:
Assign read-only permissions to users who need to monitor campaigns without making changes.
Organize by Teams:
Separate users into teams to ensure campaigns and data are only accessible to the relevant members.
Review Permissions Regularly:
Periodically review user roles and team assignments to ensure alignment with your organization’s needs.
By leveraging user permissions and team assignments in Super Send, you can maintain secure and efficient collaboration across your campaigns.
