Is there a feature where we can prioritize sending to new leads rather than follow ups?

Can I Prioritize Sending to New Contacts Instead of Follow-Ups?

Yes, Super Send includes a feature that ensures a minimum portion of your daily sending volume is dedicated to new contacts. This helps maintain a healthy balance between onboarding new contacts and following up with existing ones.

How It Works

  1. Daily Sending Volume Split:
  • By default, Super Send allocates 20% of the total daily sending volume to new contacts.
  • The remaining 80% is used for follow-up messages (steps 2 or greater in the sequence).

  1. Sender Settings:
  • Your total daily sending capacity is determined by the combined maximum daily sending limits of all email senders attached to the campaign.

Example

  • You have 1 email sender with a daily sending limit of 100 emails.
  • 20 emails (20%) are sent to new leads who have never been contacted before.
  • 80 emails (80%) are sent as follow-ups to prospects already in the sequence.

Adjusting Your Strategy

Ensure Enough New Leads:

  • To fully utilize the 20% allocation, make sure you upload enough new contacts to meet your desired daily target.

Monitor Campaign Metrics:

  • Regularly review your campaign performance to optimize your balance of new leads versus follow-ups.

By automatically prioritizing new leads in your daily sending schedule, Super Send ensures a steady flow of fresh outreach while maintaining consistent follow-up engagement.
