How to Give Clients Read-Only Access in Super Send

If you're an agency using Super Send, you can easily give your clients read-only access to their campaigns. This ensures your clients can view campaign stats without making changes. Here’s how you can set it up:



Understanding Team Access



All members on the Team Page have access to all campaigns under that team.
To keep things organized, create a separate team for each client. This allows each client to have their own users and campaigns.



Steps to Set Up Read-Only Access



1. Create a New Team



Go to the Admin Page in Super Send.
Click Create A New Team.
Enter the team’s name and confirm the creation.
Create a new campaign under this team.

2. Add Users with Read-Only Access



Navigate to the Team Page of the newly created team.
Add your client as a user by entering their email address.
Assign them the role of Read Only.

Your clients can log in anytime to view stats and campaign performance.
Clients have restricted access, ensuring they can’t modify campaigns or settings.
