Step 3: Add the Video to Your Email

In your email editor, upload the Loom thumbnail image.
Hyperlink the thumbnail to your Loom video:

Paste the Loom video URL.

Example: When the recipient clicks the thumbnail, they will be redirected to the Loom video.

Step 4: Test the Email

Send a test email to yourself or a colleague.
Verify that the thumbnail displays correctly and links to the Loom video.

Tips for Using Loom in Cold Emails

Personalize the Video: Address the recipient by name and tailor the content to their specific needs or pain points.
Keep It Concise: Aim for videos under 60 seconds to retain the recipient’s attention.
Call-to-Action (CTA): End the video with a clear, actionable request, such as scheduling a call or replying to your email.

Including a Loom video in your cold emails can significantly boost engagement and response rates. Use this strategy to stand out in crowded inboxes and make a lasting impression.
