How to Delete a Team or a Campaign in Super Send

Super Send allows you to manage and delete teams or campaigns directly from the Admin page. Follow the steps below to remove a team or a campaign.

Deleting a Campaign



Navigate to the Campaigns Admin Page or go to the Campaigns page within a specific team.
Locate the campaign you wish to delete or archive.
To delete:
Click on the Delete button next to the campaign and confirm the deletion when prompted.

To archive:
Click on the Archive button within the Campaigns page of the team.

Deleting a Team



Navigate to the Teams Admin Page.
Locate the team you wish to delete from the list of teams.
Click on the Delete button next to the team.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Important Notes



Archived vs Deleted:
Consider archiving a campaign or team if you’d like to retain historical data instead of permanently deleting it.

Permissions:
Only Admin users can delete teams or campaigns.

By following these steps, you can easily manage and remove unnecessary teams or campaigns from your Super Send account.
