Re-enabling a Disabled Sender in Super Send


If your email sender becomes disabled due to multiple failed attempts, you can re-enable it by following these steps:


Step 1: Access the Senders Page


  1. Log in to your Super Send account.
  2. Navigate to the Senders section.
  3. Locate the sender marked as disabled.

Step 2: Edit Sender Details


  1. Click on Edit next to the disabled sender.
  2. In the Disabled field, select No.
  3. Click Save to apply the changes.

Note:


The most common reason for a sender becoming disabled is incorrect credentials. After clicking Save, if an error message appears indicating incorrect password or another issue, please verify and update your credentials accordingly.
