Re-enabling a Disabled Sender in Super Send
If your email sender becomes disabled due to multiple failed attempts, you can re-enable it by following these steps:
Log in to your Super Send account.
Navigate to the Senders section.
Locate the sender marked as disabled.
Example of a disabled sender:
Click on Edit next to the disabled sender.
In the Disabled field, select No.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Editing the sender
The most common reason for a sender becoming disabled is incorrect credentials. After clicking Save, if an error message appears indicating incorrect password or another issue, please verify and update your credentials accordingly.
