Connecting and Creating Mission Inbox Senders in SuperSend
Adding New Senders with Mission Inbox in SuperSend
If you use Mission Inbox to create subdomains, and want to connect your inbox senders to SuperSend, you've found the right help document.
Adding Senders
- Click "Senders" on the left navigation bar
- Click "Add Sender" at the top right of the page
- Click "SMTP/IMAP Other"
- Scroll down and click "Mission Inbox API"
Adding Mission Inbox Sender Inboxes
- Insert Mission Inbox API Key in the "Api Key" box
- Create your sender inbox in the “Email” box. For example, if my Mission Inbox subdomain is @support.supersend.io and I want to create an inbox on this subdomain, I would add sam@support.supersend.io in the “Email” box.
- Set your “Send As” for the sender inbox. For example, Sam with SuperSend or Samantha Novak
VERY IMPORTANT STEP
- Set the “Reply To” inbox address - this MUST be a valid inbox to receive replies to. For example, Sam’s main email address is sam@supersend.io. So for all alias inboxes that are created for her, I will set the “Reply To” as sam@supersend.io
