Can't Edit a Sequence?
If you are unable to edit a sequence in Super Send, it may be due to permission restrictions. Here’s how to troubleshoot the issue:
Admin Role Required:
At present, only users with the role of Admin can make changes to a sequence.
Contact an Admin:
If you do not have Admin privileges, request access from an Admin user in your team.
Update Your Role:
Admin users can assign or modify roles by navigating to the Users Page in the Admin panel.
By ensuring you have the proper permissions, you’ll be able to edit and manage sequences effectively.
