Adding an Outlook Account

The preferred method to connect is our one-click connect button.



You will then need to accept the permissions to allow us to read / write / send emails.



After you accept, you should be redirected and see your new outlook account in your list of senders:



Upon successfully connecting your outlook / office 365 account, you should receive an email from the newly added email address confirming the connection worked.

That should be it!

If you did not, please send a test email by going to your sequence -> email node -> edit -> send test email. If this doesn't work, please try reconnecting your account making sure you accept the permissions. You may need to make the user an admin to accept the permissions, and then log in to azure to accept the permissions for your entire organization.
