Yes, your sequence will stop sending to that prospect once you get a reply.

If you get a reply from linkedin, the whole sequence stops (even for twitter and email). Same goes for twitter. A twitter reply will stop the whole sequence. Same with email.

Sequence Doesn't Stop Sending

Sometimes your Super Send fails to detect a reply. This commonly happens with Linkedin

You can always mark the lead as finished from the Leads page if super send misses something.

With linkedin this commonly happens when the linkedin credentials expire. You need to open the chrome extension and make sure there is a green checkmark next to their linkedin credentials.

Once you have a green checkmark here, make sure on the Senders page that you see your linkedin credentials. Test them to make sure they are working by clicking Test Connection. If they are working, then in the next hour, the Linkedin messages should be marked as a reply and n

For example, you have a first_name variable but for only 50% of you prospect list, you could use the following to set a default in case you don't have a first_name for a prospect:

Troubleshooting custom tracking domain

Here're the top reasons why super send might've failed at verifying your custom tracking domain:

#1 You did not wait long enough.

It can take up to a few minutes for the CNAME record you added to propagate (time taken depends on your domain provider).

You can confirm if the record has propagated or not by checking going to a CNAME lookup tool like https://mxtoolbox.com/CNAMELookup.aspx and see if the record has really been propagated yet.

#2 You did not add the right records

Make sure your CNAME record looks like this:

Host name: ss or links or track or anything you'd like to

Value: trail.supersend.io

#3 You're using Hostinger as your domain provider

For some reason, we're seeing issues with validating custom tracking domain hosted by Hostinger. Cloudflare handles this for us and unfortunately, we don't have a solution to it yet. We'll update this doc once we do.
