# Integrations Overview

# Integrations Overview

## Purpose

SuperSend connects with external tools in two ways: campaign integrations (sync data to CRMs, receive Slack notifications, trigger webhooks) and sending providers (connect OAuth apps and API keys so your team can add mailboxes). This article maps out every available integration and where to find it.

## Where Integrations Live

Go to **Admin** → **Integrations** tab. You'll see two sub-tabs:

- **Integration Library** — connect and manage individual integrations
- **Campaign Integration Matrix** — see which integrations are active on which campaigns, and connect/disconnect in bulk

You must select a **team** from the dropdown before campaign integrations appear. Sending provider integrations are organization-wide and don't require a team selection.

## Campaign Integrations

These integrations attach to campaigns and react to events (sends, opens, replies, etc.).

### HubSpot

Syncs SuperSend activity to your HubSpot CRM.

**Auth:** OAuth 2.0 (connect your HubSpot account via OAuth flow)

**What it syncs:**
- Sends, opens, replies from email campaigns → logged as HubSpot contact activities
- Optionally update contact properties in HubSpot when events occur

**Configuration options:**
- Enabled toggle
- Update Contacts in HubSpot toggle

See [HubSpot Integration Setup](https://help.supersend.io/en/article/hubspot-integration-setup-19rap4k/) for the full setup guide.

---

### Salesforce

Syncs SuperSend email campaign activity to Salesforce **Contacts** (matched by email).

**Auth:** OAuth 2.0 after a one-time **SuperSend Integration** package install in the customer's Salesforce org.

**What it syncs:**

- Email sent, opens, and replies (when enabled per campaign) → activity on the matching Contact

**Setup flow in SuperSend:**

1. **Step 1** — Install package via **Open Install (Production)** or **Open Install (Sandbox)** in Admin → Integrations → Salesforce → **Add**
2. **Step 2** — **Connect to Salesforce** (OAuth popup)

**Configuration options:**

- Enabled toggle (per campaign)
- Sync Activity to Salesforce Contacts
- Per-event toggles: email sent, replies, opens

See [Salesforce Integration Setup](https://help.supersend.io/en/article/salesforce-integration-setup-1njko0b/) for the full setup guide.

### monday.com

Syncs SuperSend campaign activity to a monday.com CRM board. Contacts are board items matched by an email column; activity is posted as item updates.

**Auth:** OAuth (Connect To monday.com)

**What it syncs:**

- Email sent and replies (opens optional) → updates on the matching board item

**Setup flow in SuperSend:**

1. Admin → Integrations → **monday.com** → **Add** → **Install SuperSend In monday.com** (once per monday account)
2. **Connect To monday.com** and authorize
3. **Edit** the account → map **Board** + **Email Column** + any writable columns → **Save Mapping**
4. Enable per campaign (Campaign Integration Matrix or campaign Settings → Integrations)

**Configuration options:**

- Enabled / Sync Activity to monday.com
- Per-event toggles: email sent, replies, opens
- Column field mapping (text, email, phone, link, numbers, and more)
- Create Missing Contacts / Update Mapped Fields On Sync

See [monday.com Integration Setup](https://help.supersend.io/en/article/mondaycom-integration-setup-19bhdtj/) for the full guide.

### Webhook

POST event data to any URL when campaign events occur. The most flexible integration — use it to connect SuperSend to any system.

**Auth:** Webhook URL (yours to provide)

**Events you can subscribe to:**

*Email events:* reply, open, click, bounce, unsubscribe, finished, interested, appointment, auto-response, email sent

*LinkedIn events:* connection sent, connection accepted, message sent, reply, profile visited, post liked

*Contact lifecycle events:* contact added, contact paused, contact resumed

**Configuration options:**
- Enabled toggle
- Apply to all campaigns in team toggle (vs. per-campaign)
- Per-event toggles (enable only the events you care about)
- **Test →** next to each event (sample or real contact) to verify your URL; **Webhook delivery logs** with **View Payload** for debugging

**Developer experience:** Full walkthrough of testing, log locations, search/filters, expanding rows, **Copy JSON**, manual **Retry**, and **Export CSV** — [Webhooks: Testing, Delivery Logs, and Payloads](https://help.supersend.io/en/article/webhooks-testing-delivery-logs-and-payloads-dbmbkb/).

For **replies vs. bounces vs. automated mail** (for example when connecting webhooks to a CRM), see [Webhooks: Replies, Bounces, and CRM Automation](https://help.supersend.io/en/article/webhooks-replies-bounces-and-crm-automation-glg697/).

### Slack

Receive a Slack notification when a contact replies to a campaign.

**Auth:** OAuth (connect your Slack workspace) or Webhook URL (use an incoming webhook from Slack)

**Configuration:** Enabled toggle, channel selection

---

### Microsoft Teams

Receive reply notifications in a Microsoft Teams channel when contacts reply to email or LinkedIn campaigns. Notifications include interactive buttons to categorize leads and open Super Inbox.

**Auth:** OAuth (connect your Microsoft 365 tenant)

**Configuration:** Enabled toggle per campaign; team-level Microsoft Team and channel selection during setup

See [Microsoft Teams Integration Setup](https://help.supersend.io/en/article/microsoft-teams-integration-setup-11q82y5/) for the full setup guide.

---

### Pipedrive

Sync campaign activity to Pipedrive CRM.

**Auth:** Pipedrive API Key

**Configuration:** Enabled toggle

---

### OutboundSync

Sync to HubSpot or Salesforce via OutboundSync as a middleware layer. Uses the same event set as the Webhook integration.

**Auth:** Webhook URL (from OutboundSync)

---

### Zapier

Connect SuperSend to thousands of apps via Zapier. Click "Connect" to open the Zapier invitation link and set up Zaps from your Zapier dashboard.

---

### Make (formerly Integromat)

Connect SuperSend to Make for multi-step automation workflows. Click "Connect" to access the Make integration.

---

## Sending Provider Integrations

These integrations are configured once at the org level and unlock the ability to connect specific mailbox types across your whole team.

### Google OAuth

Upload your Google Cloud OAuth app credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, Project ID, Redirect URI). Once configured, team members can connect Gmail accounts via OAuth in the Add Sender flow.

This is the recommended way to connect Gmail at scale — it avoids storing passwords in SuperSend and allows easy revocation.

See [Connect Gmail/Google Workspace Sender](https://help.supersend.io/en/article/connect-gmail-google-workspace-sender-uofupz/).

---

### Microsoft OAuth

Connect your Azure AD app registration (Application ID, Client Secret, Tenant ID, Redirect URI). Enables OAuth-based Outlook/Office 365 connections for the team.

See [Connect Outlook/Microsoft Sender](https://help.supersend.io/en/article/connect-outlook-microsoft-sender-1nh9x39/).

---

### Mission Inbox

Enter your Mission Inbox API key to connect Mission Inbox mailboxes and domains to SuperSend.

See [Mission Inbox Integration Setup](https://help.supersend.io/en/article/mission-inbox-integration-setup-l8d8xs/).

---

### SendGrid

Enter a SendGrid API key to enable SendGrid-based senders.

---

### Mailreef

Enter your Mailreef API key to enable bulk import of Mailreef mailboxes. During bulk import you choose a **mail server** (even when only one exists); SuperSend then lists mailboxes for that server only.

---

### Infraforge

Enter your Infraforge API key to enable bulk import of Infraforge mailboxes.

---

### Maildoso

Enter your Maildoso personal access token to enable bulk import of Maildoso email accounts.

See [Connect Maildoso Mailboxes](https://help.supersend.io/en/article/connect-maildoso-mailboxes-4oscoc/).

---

### Zapmail

Enter your Zapmail API key to enable bulk import of Zapmail mailboxes. During bulk import you always choose a **workspace** from the list (even when only one exists); SuperSend stores that workspace on the integration. You can optionally set **Workspace ID** on the Zapmail integration when you need to point at a specific workspace without re-running the wizard.

See [Connect SMTP / Bulk Provider Sender](https://help.supersend.io/en/article/connect-smtp-bulk-provider-sender-a04lr/) for the bulk-import flow.

---

## Gmail Postmaster

Connect your Google Workspace domain to Gmail Postmaster Tools to track domain reputation and spam rate directly in SuperSend.

This is an org-level integration — it appears at the top of the Integration Library regardless of which team is selected.

---

## Expected Result

You know where each integration is configured and can connect the ones relevant to your workflow.

## Troubleshooting

- **Issue:** Campaign integrations don't appear.
**Fix:** Select a team from the team dropdown at the top of the Integration Library page. Campaign integrations are team-scoped.

- **Issue:** Integration appears connected but events aren't syncing.
**Fix:** Check the integration's credentials and ensure the Enabled toggle is on. For webhooks, check your receiving endpoint's logs for incoming POST requests.

- **Issue:** Team members can't connect Gmail or Outlook via OAuth.
**Fix:** Ensure the Google or Microsoft OAuth app is configured in Admin → Integrations → Sending Providers before team members try to connect mailboxes.
